3-Ingredient Almond Butter Cookies

Easy flourless recipe that's almost too good to be true!

You'll Need: Almond Butter or any Nut Butter Sweetener  see tips 👉 Egg

Reduce the sugar!

Use a combination of granulated sugar and sugar substitutes like Stevia, Erythritol, and Monk Fruit.

Combine ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

Roll the dough into balls.

Flatten dough balls and make crisscross marks with fork.

Bake 10-12 minutes.  Take out of the oven and let cookies finish cooking on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.

The whole family can enjoy these gluten-free almond butter cookies!
