The Best Butternut Squash Muffins

Healthy recipe with Greek yogurt & apples!

         You'll Need: -Flour -Sugar -Baking powder -Baking soda -Salt -Cinnamon -Butternut squash -Egg -Greek yogurt -Apple -Walnuts

Cook butternut squash WHOLE in a crock-pot.

Mix together dry ingredients. Add Greek yogurt and egg.

Add butternut squash puree and stir. Fold in apples & walnuts.

Scoop batter into a muffin pan

Bake at 350 °F for about 25 minutes.

A delicious snack or side!

Freeze some for later!
