Soften the Carrots!
Add carrots and olive oil to a pan. Cover to steam for about 5 minutes.
cook them for a few minutes in the microwave with a little water.
Now....add garlic and sea salt to pan and toss to coat carrots.
Sauté carrots for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently so that the garlic does not burn and the carrots are heated through
Cook until fork tender!
Make ahead of time and reheat!
