 Easy recipe that's vegan and egg-free.

     You'll Need: -Soft bread -Apple butter -Cranberries -Onion -Celery -Corn flakes

Cut bread into cubes and lightly coat with apple butter.

Place 5-6 cubes in the bottom of a muffin tin greased with vegan butter.

Combine the rest of the ingredients and heap into the muffin tin wells.

Use a measuring cup to press the stuffing mixture down!

Tip

Bake at 375 °F for 20 minutes or until tops are firm. Cool in pan.
