Creamy  Crab Corn Soup

It's a healthy and indulgent chowder with fresh crab meat that's ready in 30 minutes!

There's no flour, so it's gluten-free.

It magically thickens with pureed corn.

Ingredients

Here's what you need:

Corn Kernels Lump Crab Meat Milk or Half & Half Butter/Olive Oil Onion Celery Broth Salt & Pepper Cayenne Pepper Sweetener

Saute onion and celery in melted butter or olive oil.

Add broth, spices, sweetener, and 1/3 of the corn kernels. Bring to boil, then simmer.

Puree remaining corn and milk with immersion blender or food processor.

Add pureed corn and fresh lump crab meat to the pot. Continue to simmer.
