You'll Need:

Rice broccoli in a food processor 

Buy FROZEN rice at the grocery store!

OR

Combine broccoli rice, onion, cheese, and egg in a bowl.

Scoop mixture into a mini muffin pan and press it down.

Bake 20 minutes or until starting to brown on the edges.
