Easy Spinach Feta Muffins

Easy, low-carb, keto recipe  with 3 Ingredients!

-Frozen Spinach -Crumbled Feta   Cheese -Egg

You'll Need:

Place defrosted spinach in a colander and press our excess water.

Combine spinach, feta cheese, and egg in a bowl.

Scoop mixture into a mini muffin pan and then press it down.

Bake 20 minutes or until starting to brown on the edges.

It's a healthy snack or appetizer!
