Stuffed Mushrooms


There are just 5 simple ingredients in this low-carb, keto appetizer you can make in the oven or an air fryer.

     You'll Need: -Mushrooms   button or bella -Cream cheese -Frozen spinach   defrosted -Parmesan cheese -Garlic salt

Prep the mushrooms: -pop out stems  and discard. -brush off dirt but don't use too much water or they'll be soggy!


Add filling ingredients to a bowl and mix. Press excess water out of the spinach with a paper towel.


Fill mushroom caps and cook!  Oven - 350°F for about 15 min. Air fryer - 390°F for about 8 min.


It's the appetizer that will quickly disappear at parties and holiday dinners!
