Prep the mushrooms:
-pop out stems
-brush off dirt but don't use too much water or they'll be soggy!
Add filling ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Press excess water out of the spinach with a paper towel.
Fill mushroom caps and cook!
350°F for about 15 min.
