Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious, dairy-free, and vegan too so everyone can enjoy them!

     You'll Need: -Butter -Brown Sugar -White Sugar -Baking Powder -Vinegar -Vanilla extract -Flour -Baking Soda -Salt -Chocolate Chips

Use products that are free of egg and dairy for: Butter & Chocolate chips

To make the batter: 1) Cream butter and sugars. 2 )Add water, vinegar, baking soda mixture for egg.

3) Stir in everything else until smooth. 4) Fold in chocolate chips.

For Best Results

Chill the dough!

Roll the dough into smooth, tablespoon-sized balls.   Don't press them down!

For chewy cookies, bake just until they start to brown.

Let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. 

Then transfer to a cooling rack to finish the job!
