Ham & Egg Quiche Cups

Easy, low-carb, recipe that's finger food at a party or a grab and go breakfast.

-Eggs -Milk -Swiss cheese -Green onion -Thyme -Salt & Pepper -Sliced deli ham

You'll Need:

Line the wells of a muffin tin with sliced deli ham.

Whisk eggs and add remaining ingredients to a bowl.

Pour quiche mixture into each ham crust.

Bake for about 25 minutes. The tops will start to brown.
