Mashed Cauliflower with Cream Cheese

You'll Need: -Cauliflower -Cream cheese -Sour cream -Butter -Onion powder -Salt & Pepper

Short-Cut!

Use a bag of FROZEN cauliflower! 

Cook cauliflower and thoroughly drain.

Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl or food processor.

Use an immersion blender or food processor and puree until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt & pepper.
