Sweet and crispy keto waffle that's high in protein and ready in minutes.

Egg Cottage Cheese -pureed Pumpkin puree Almond flour Pumpkin pie spice Sweetener & a waffle maker!

You'll Need:


Mix ingredients together. 


Add half the batter to a preheated mini waffle iron.


Cook for 4 minutes or until steam is no longer escaping from the sides.


Repeat with remaining batter.

use this recipe in a Belgian waffle maker too!

Enjoy with chocolate chips, whip cream, and syrup or  nothing at all!
