The Best Shrimp & Cauliflower Grits

Low-carb, keto recipe that's ready in 25 minutes!

You'll Need: -Shrimp -Cajun Spice -Onion -Riced Cauliflower -Garlic -Olive oil -Cheddar cheese -Olive Oil -Salt& Pepper

Short-Cut!

Use FROZEN cauliflower rice and don't defrost it!

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for about 3 minutes.

Add riced cauliflower to pan.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in cheddar cheese.

Remove grits from pan and keep warm.

Combine shrimp, spice blend, and olive oil in a bowl.

Pour shrimp into skillet. Cook in a single layer for about 3 minutes on each side over medium heat

Shrimp is done when opaque and tail begins to curl.  Exact time may vary.

Top with green onion or bacon!
