Beef shoulder roast Onion Mushrooms For the sauce: Ketchup Red Wine Dijon mustard Garlic Worcestershire Salt and pepper Corn starch

You'll Need:

Brown beef and add to slow cooker with onions and mushrooms.

Mix together red wine mushroom sauce ingredients.

Pour sauce over everything!

Cook on  Low 6-8 hours High 4-6 hours

Add a corn starch slurry to the slow cooker 20 minutes before it's done. .

It makes the mushroom sauce thick and velvety. ❤️❤️❤️
