SunButter Energy Bites are a bite-sized, no-bake snack that are full of healthy ingredients and free from many common food allergens.

Oatmeal
regular, not instant

Flax Seed
ground

Mini Chocolate Chips

Coconut Flakes

honey and/or Agave Nectar

Instructions
Add first 4 ingredients to a bowl and combine.
Add last 3 ingredients to bowl with dry ingredients and combine.
Refrigerator dough for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into small bite-sized balls.
Notes
Store energy bites in the refrigerator. Wheat germ can be used in place of flax seed. Dried fruit can be added to the mix too!
