Banana Everything Cookies Recipe
These vegan banana everything cookies have too many healthy ingredients to count! But, it's the taste that will make you crave them for breakfast every day!

- 2 ripe bananas to yield about 1 cup mashed
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter or preferred nut or seed butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats not the quick cooking kind
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mash banana in a large bowl. Add almond butter, vanilla, honey and cinnamon to bowl and mix to combine.
Add remaining ingredients to wet mixture and stir to combine.
Scoop Tablespoon-sized balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press each ball down to slightly flatten.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
