Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

You won't believe how much these flourless chocolate chip cookie dough bites taste like the real thing. They are made with chick peas, but you'd never know!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chick peas garbanzo beans washed, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup whole oats not the quick cooking type
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1/3 cup honey agave nectar for vegan
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Chop the chick peas in a food processor for about 1 minute or until finely chopped.
  • Add oats and flax seed and pulse to mix into the chick peas.
  • Add honey, vanilla extract and salt and process for another minute or until all the ingredients are mixed together and the batter is smooth.
  • Remove batter to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Roll about 1 Tablespoon of batter into a ball.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
