  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage We used chicken sausage, crumbled in food processor
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon apple butter
  • 8 ounce Pillsbury┬« Crescent Rolls


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add olive oil to pan and swirl to coat.
  • Add onion and celery to pan and saute for about 5 minutes or until softened.
  • Combine onion, celery, sausage, cranberries and apple butter in a bowl.
  • Roll out dough on a flat surface and press seams together.
  • Use a knife or pizza cutter to make 8 squares (two cuts lengthwise and 4 cuts in the other direction.)
  • Mound the stuffing mixture on each square (about 2 Tablespoons each)
  • Pull up the sides of the dough over the stuffing mixture and roll into a ball.
  • Repeat for all of the squares.
  • Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 9-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Enjoy immediately!
