Combine oatmeal, cocoa powder and chia seeds in a medium-sized bowl.
Add almond butter and hot honey to the dry mixture.
Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
Form dough into 16 Tablespoon-sized balls or 32 teaspoon-sized balls.
Drizzle with additional hot honey if desired at serving time.
