4 basa fish fillets or other mild white fishabout 4 ounces each
8teaspoonsbutteror substitute, melted
4Tablespoonslemon juice
¼teaspoonlemon-pepper seasoning
½teaspoongarlic powder
Dash paprika
Sea saltto taste
¼cupgreen onionssliced thin
2Tablespoonsparsleychopped
Lemon wedgesoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees °F.
Pat fish fillets dry and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Pour lemon juice and melted butter over fish.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients over fish.
Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges, if using.
