Ingredients

olive oil

diced onion

cup
diced celery
½
cup
cooked and crumbled sausage
We used chicken sausage, crumbled in food processor

cup
dried cranberries

apple butter

Pillsbury® Crescent Rolls
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add olive oil to pan and swirl to coat.
Add onion and celery to pan and saute for about 5 minutes or until softened.
Combine onion, celery, sausage, cranberries and apple butter in a bowl.
Roll out dough on a flat surface and press seams together.
Use a knife or pizza cutter to make 8 squares (two cuts lengthwise and 4 cuts in the other direction.)
Mound the stuffing mixture on each square (about 2 Tablespoons each)
Pull up the sides of the dough over the stuffing mixture and roll into a ball.
Repeat for all of the squares.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 9-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Enjoy immediately!
