Add the first 6 ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Add ground turkey to the bowl and fold in the other ingredients so that they are evenly distributed throughout the meat. Don't overmix or the meat will be tough when cooked.
Shape patties into desired size. Sliders will be about ¼ cup of meat. Or, use about ½ cup of the mixture for a standard-sized burger.
To Grill
Grill over medium heat for about 3-minutes on each side. Larger sized burgers will take a little longer
To Bake
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Place patties on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Under any cooking method, burgers should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve in a bun, lettuce wrap or over salad greens.
