Ingredients

chicken breast

salsa
Instructions
Spray inside of the crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in a single layer in the bottom of the crock-pot.
Layer onions and salsa on top of the chicken.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Open lid and use two forks to shred the chicken and then stir to coat all the pieces with the sauce.
Notes
Check chicken with a meat thermometer to make sure chicken is cooked to a temperature of 165 degrees F.
