-Wine or Broth
Melt butter. Add olive oil, garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Add shrimp, toss to coat, and cook about 2 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the shrimp.
Don't crowd the shrimp!
Shrimp is done when it turns opaque and tail starts to curl.
Remove shrimp and keep warm. Add lemon, butter, and wine (or broth) to pan.
Simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce sauce.
Return shrimp and garnish with parsely.
