Easy appetizer recipe that's served as finger food at a party.

Potatoes  (small to medium) Cream cheese Prepared pesto Olive oil Salt Optional Garnishes: Chives, parsley, or diced pepper

You'll Need:

Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.

Mist with olive oil, sprinkle salt, and roast, flipping halfway through.

Can use an air fryer instead!

Combine cream cheese and pesto.

Add mixture to a plastic bag, squeeze to one corner, and snip the tip off.

Pipe creamy pesto cheese on each baked potato round and garnish.
