Oatmeal Lace Cookies
Perfect for gifting and cookie exchanges.
Use products that free of egg, dairy, and gluten for:
To make the batter:
1) Combine dry ingredients.
2) Melt butter and add to dry mix.
3 )Add water, vinegar, baking soda mixture for egg.
4) Stir until wet and crumbly.
Drop dough in
onto a baking sheet.
It will spread!!!
Cook about 10 minutes.
Remove when edges start to brown!
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes!
Transfer to a wire rack.
As they cool they get crispy!
