The Best Black Bean Burgers

They're easy, healthy, vegan, and the patties don't fall apart!

     You'll Need: -Black beans -Onion -Corn -Garlic -Breadcrumbs -Mayo -Salt & Pepper

Mash black beans in a bowl with a fork or potato masher. Mixture will be slightly chunky.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl!  Cilantro and red pepper flakes are optional!

Mix to combine. Make it smooth or a little chunky!

Form into patties. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes if possible. You can freeze them for later too!

Heat olive oil in pan and cook black bean patties 4-5 minutes on each side, gently turning once.

Add your favorite toppings like: -lettuce -tomato -onions -cheese -condiments

Bun is optional.
