1Tablespoonolive oil
1Tablespoonsteak seasoning
8ouncesmushroomscut in half or thirds
Instructions
Toss cubes of steak with olive oil and steak seasoning.
Pour beef cubes and mushrooms into the air fryer basket and gently shake to combine. Set the air fryer temperature to 390°F and the timer for 9 minutes. You don't need to preheat the air fryer.
After 3 minutes, pause and shake the basket. Repeat every 2 minutes until the beef cubes reach the desired doneness. Mine finished in 7 minutes. The time will vary by machine and based on the thickness of the cubes. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the center of a large steak cube. The USDA recommends cooking whole cuts of beef to 145°F, followed by a 3-minute rest. The temperature may rise slightly during resting.
Allow the meat to rest a couple of minutes before serving and then enjoy!
