This sweet and tangy red wine vinaigrette salad dressing will become a staple at your house! It tastes so fresh don’t be surprised if you find it hard to go back to a bottled dressing. A nice salad is an easy complement to so many make ahead meals. Add crab cakes, chicken and more to make a hearty one-dish salad (See more pictures below the recipe.)

- ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar or sugar substitute
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- Add all the ingredients to a jar with a tight lid. Shake vigorously to combine.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake to recombine before using.
- Store up to 1 week.
