These honey mustard pork chops are coated in a creamy 3-ingredient honey mustard sauce made with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey. The rich, velvety sauce clings to every bite of this easy pan-fried dinner that's ready in about 25 minutes.

Notes from my kitchen
This is the kind of dinner I love on busy weeknights. The pork chops cook in minutes, and the sauce is easy enough for kids to stir together.
The creamy honey mustard has quite a history in my kitchen. We first used it in our Alice Springs chicken recipe at our meal assembly stores, and customers couldn't believe something so simple could taste so good. Even my low-carb friends enjoyed it because the amount of honey used is minimal.
It didn't take long before I started pairing it with seasoned pan-fried pork chops. Using the extra sauce to drizzle over vegetables, like crispy green beans, makes everyone at my house happy.

Of special note:
- I used boneless, center-cut pork chops that were about ¾ inch thick. You'll also find thin pork chops at the grocery store, and they'll work in a pinch. However, they cook so quickly that it's difficult to develop a nice sear before they're done, making them more likely to turn out tough.
- Mayonnaise makes the sauce extra creamy. If I'm trying to keep the calorie count down, I use an olive-oil based mayo. If that is a concern of yours, too, use just enough to enjoy the satisfying flavor. A little makes a big impact.
- Tangy Dijon mustard balances the sweetness of the honey. I recommend sticking with Dijon because it gives the sauce its signature flavor.

What to serve with honey mustard pork chops
I like serving these pork chops with fresh or frozen vegetables because they're even better with a little honey mustard sauce spooned over the top. Green beans and air fryer okra are are two of my favorites.
Cauliflower potato salad or mixed greens with sweet red wine vinegar dressing are also popular at my house.
Cauliflower mash made from frozen riced cauliflower is an excellent low-carb alternative to mashed potatoes, both of which pair nicely with this dish.
If dessert is on the menu, I pick something light like flourless lemon almond cake topped with seasonal berries.
