    South Beach Diet Phase 1 Recipes

    South Beach Diet Phase 1 Recipes are low in carbohydrates. They also prioritize whole foods and minimize the use of processed ingredients.

    In this section, we've grouped popular recipes consistent with this keto-friendly diet so you can easily find new favorites, like cottage cheese desserts and cauliflower mash.

    Note: We're using Dr. Arthur Agatston's The New Keto-Friendly South Beach Diet (2019) for SBD tagging. Phase 1 recipes don't have fruits, grains, or refined sugar. If a recipe requires a minor modification, it's noted in the recipe card.
